Cajun Shrimp in a white wine/tomato reduction sauce  $10.00:  Back in Louisiana we would always enjoy seafood from the Gulf of Mexico.  Paw Paw and I would go off the banks of the Gulf Coast in Cameron Louisiana, to catch that evenings dinner.  I wanted to bring one of Paw Paw’s favorite dish to the market this week.  A hearty shrimp dish that is flavored in the sauce.  Allowing the different ingredients to marry through a reduction process is the secret.  We have limited quantities of shrimp so when its gone this week it’s gone.  Generally served over pasta but can be served over rice.  Rice/pasta not included.
