A busy year is drawing to it's end...we're looking back to a successful Jazz & Blues festival 2014, and we're looking forward to an even better one in just 7 weeks from now. At this point we want to thank you all - musicians, visitors, volunteers, sponsors - for the great support you've extended to the "Biggest little Festival in the World", helping us to grow and improve this wonderful event in the beautiful Chiriqui highlands of Panama.
Our festival has grown to be the second largest music annual festival in Panama, and we're still a non-commercial, all-volunteer, community based organization working without any government support, and without any big cash sponsors. Our Music for Schools program was able to donate almost $8,000 to local schools in the last three years to support and improve musical education in the area. It's this great Boquete community of citizens and small businesses, and our fantastic group of 70+ volunteers who are making these successes possible.
The 2015 festival is just 7 weeks away and indications are that we're going to sell out again. We've already sold 50% of our seating capacity, our amazing Fedora Club has already sold 110 of 150 available memberships. The word of our unique festival has been spreading far and wide, and judging by the advance online sales we're looking forward to greeting a lot more visitors from abroad than ever before.
If you haven't bought your tickets yet do so soon! If you haven't joined the Fedora Club yet you're running the danger of missing your chance of getting huge benefits with this all-inclusive package. Check it out on the Fedora Club page of our website!
