This is an opportunity not to miss. The beach at San Lorenzo, Playa Nanzal, is incredible. It is totally flat with gentle waves, and warm water.. Plus because the sand is covered at high tide there are no sand fleas or other beach insects.  Many of our guests say this is the best beach that they have seen in Panama and there is one mile of private flat beach.

The Sand Castle sits up high overlooking the beach with in incredible deck from which to view sunsets. The Castle has over 4000 sq ft of space, an artist loft is above the king bedroom. There is a separate rancho that is perfect for just sitting and enjoying the ocean breezes and gardens. The beach is totally private no neighbors within a mile. This is truly an undiscovered paradise and only 2 hours from Boquete.

Body Boarding (also known as boogie boarding) is a sport that is easy to learn and tons of fun! It is great exercise for young and old as the water helps keep the weight off of old joints. The water temperature at Playa Nanzal is in the mid 80's - wonderfully warm. If you do not want to body board you still will have a great time exploring, walking on the beach and in the tide pools, swimming in the warm waters or just sunning on the beach or deck.

All food is included with gourmet meals (see menu below). Check in on Saturday between 11:30 and 4pm. Dinner will be served. Tuesday is check out day. Breakfast and lunch will be available. **Coffee, Tea, Water and Ice is included, but you need to bring your own drinks, soda, wine, beer, etc.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with king bed and 2 with queen beds - each with private bath. The Tower Room is $240 for the weekend, the Balcony Room is $260 and the King Room is $280..
You need an SUV to get to the beach as the roads are rough, if you do not have one we can pick you up and return, in San Lorenzo for an extra $10 per person.

If the wind is cooperative, you can also learn to fly stunt kites.

NOTICE: You must be able to climb up and down stairs to enjoy yourself here.
