[News Boquete] Bid 4 Boquete Mini-grant reminder

Just a reminder to all charitable and civic organizations that intend to request funding from Bid 4 Boquete.

Annually, Bid 4 Boquete sets aside a portion of its proceeds for the award of mini-grants to non-profit charitable and civic organizations that best demonstrate, via written request, how the money will be used to promote health, welfare, and/or education within the Boquete community. Grants will be determined by vote of the B4B Foundation Council, comprised of its four officers and a representative of each of its major beneficiary organizations.

Requests for funding should include, at minimum, the organization's annual budget, an explanation of how any grant money would be spent, and examples of how the organization has aided B4B efforts in the past.'

Requests should be sent to bid4boquete@gmail.com no later than April 17, 2015.
