[News Boquete] Better Feet Balance through Easy Mobility and Balance Training

Hello Dear Boquete Resident,

Ever wonder why your balance and mobility may be
deteriorating as you age?

It does not necessarily have to be that way.

The solution can be very simple if you are willing
to get coached.

Your feet are the structural foundation for your
whole body.  Improve the mobility of your feet and
you can improve the mobility and balance of your
whole body.

The pathway to a more harmonious gait is related
to the health of all the joints and muscles of
your body.  In other words, there is a direct
relationship between the health of the joints and
muscles of your feet and the rest of your body.
However it is easy to miss how your feet and the
rest of your body are related to your overall
balance.

Your feet may appear to be comfortable when you
start balance training.  You may instead
experience discomfort and pain in other parts of
the body.  The reason for that is that feet are
pretty resilient in most people.

To improve your mobility and balance fitness you
need to first find your current level of balance
and mobility fitness.  After that you need to
develop a personal training program that covers
your specific needs.  That can be done sitting on
a chair, on a massage table or on the floor.

Depending on your starting point you may need
personal lessons or group lessons.

To help you determine what would work better for
you, I am offering a free assessment at my studio
BodyMind Dojo.
