ATHENA SAYS 'THANK YOU'!!!
Thanks to many donations, bigger and smaller, we have raised enough funds for the chemotherapy of Athena, the mother dogs with the veneral tumor. We received an overwhelming $ 275,80 for her treatment! That is actually $ 20,90 more than we need to cover all her medical expenses of $ 254,90 and if the people that donated agree to this, we would like to keep this as a reserve to help other animals in need.
After her treatment, Athena will be available for adoption. She is a very sweet, mellow dog who will be a great companion for many years to come. She is rather large but slender built and lives in harmony with other dogs and cats. Please contact us if you are interested in adopting her, or if you know someone who might be.
