Bilingual Story Time at the Biblioteca de Boquete - Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.
Author, Sunny W. Summer will present Rowdy and Rascal Meet Brutus the Bully Dog.
For ages 5 years and up.
This children's picture book gives young children (ages 5-8) a very strong message that bullying is NOT OK! This beautifully illustrated book shows how two adorable Maltese pups deal with the meanest, scariest, full of put -downs, Brutus! Also included are the Six Steps of Conflict Resolution and thoughtful questions to encourage dialogue about bullying between child, teacher or parent. As a special treat, the recipe for TheDouble Dog Inn Doggie Biscuits makes for a fun activity not to mention a yummy treat for our four legged friends!
