STUDIO at THE HAVEN

... announces our new schedule for July - September 2024. We have a variety of weekly classes, including NEW "Morning Vinyasa Yoga" with Tania Cabal on Tuesdays & Fridays at 8 am. Plus, every weekend in the month of July we are offering two unique experiences: Saturdays 9:30 am "Yin Yoga w/ Hang Drum" and Sundays 9:30 am "Sound Journey w/ Hang Drum".

All Weekly Classes are 60 minutes, with the exception of the Guided Meditation.

$10 Resident; $12 Visitor

Residents may buy in bulk to save (5-classes $40; 10-classes $75)

Haven Members receive additional discounts.
