Everybody who lives on the Jaramillo and Palo Alto side of town.
During the Feria after 5 PM and during the weekend only those who have a pass may cross the bridge by car.
There is only one bridge unless you wish to go to the Wilson Bridge.
It will be closed to car traffic after 5PM Jan 13 - 23 unless you have this pass.
to obtain Pass: Go to the Alcalde secretary (that would be the entrance near where the Xmas tree was across from Romero).
Ask for the Car pass.
they will ask you for your address, your name and if you have it your car license plate
they will hand over a business size card
they will make you sign a book
there is NO CHARGE.
