[Noticias] Bootcamp
I am a U.S Certified Personal Trainer, and fitness Instructor. The bootcamps are twice weekly, mondays and thursdays, 10:30-12:00, and are held at The Haven Spa, though you dont have to be a member to attend the Bootcamp sessions. The exercises are a mix of High Intensive Intervals, Plyometrics, CrossFit, cardio, body weight resistance exercises, designed to blast fat, and boost fitness. The exercises can be modified for most physical conditions, and fitness states, so please dont let the word 'bootcamp' frighten you off.
