Attorney Nixia Guerra will discuss the New Identity Card for Foreigners and, foreigners rights in Panama.

 

The Personal Identity Card is an

identity document issued
by the Electoral Tribunal. It is a unique document of personal
identification required for trade shows, civilians and police in
the Republic of Panama. This issue will be totally covered in
her presentation.
 
She will also address foreigners rights in Panama...what to do
in different situations and cases and will answer all questions regarding
these subjects after the presentation.

         Buenos Vecinos de Boquete
Buenos Vecinos de Boquete is a small group of volunteers who deliver food 
supplies to the handicapped and elderly on a monthly basis. You can make
donations of food or money (or both) at the Tuesday meeting. For more
information, see Irene at the meeting. 
 
                  Used Book Sales
Well over 350 used books DVDs and CDs for sale and U.S. stamps
for your
mail. All proceeds from the book sales are equally divided between
Handicap Foundation of Boquete, Buenos Vecinos and Carolain Alvarez
Concepcion who is blind.  Now also selling Milagros Pinzon's book about
Boquete for $5.00 and Stanley Heckadon-Noreno's book "Naturalists on the

Isthmus of Panama" for $15.00. Donations of books, Cds, DVDs, magazines
and jigsaw puzzles will be gratefully received.
