Informational Meeting on Alternative Building Materials

This announcement is to gather support and attendance for an informational meeting to be held Thursday May 12 from 9 am – 1 pm.  The location will be Hotel Oasis under large Gazebo next to restaurant.  Beverages and food will be available by purchase from the restaurant. 

 

The purpose of the meeting is educational with the idea of introducing alternative building materials besides the traditional concrete block.

 

In this meeting we are inviting the representatives of different products such as M2 (panelcrex) Panels, proform styrofoam blocks, PLYCEM, and any others that are interested in attending to teach us about their products. 

 

This email is to gather interest for this informational meeting so that we can have an idea of the size of attendance and then fix a location which we will send to all those who are interested in attending.  This presentation will be bilingual in English and Spanish. 

Any suggestions or comments are welcomed and anyone who would like to present on other alternative building materials, especially green building materials is welcome.  Please reply to make arrangements.
