~ Fancy Mixed Salad - seven types of locally grown mixed greens, various fresh vegetables, feta cheese, candied walnuts, mandarin orange slices tossed with a wild lemon citrus vinaigrette
~ Mozzarella Sticks with house crafted Marinara sauce
~ Chinese Pork Cracklings - Twice fried pork belly tossed in house-crafted fresh plum sauce
~ Asian Stir Fry - Locally grown Asian vegetables tossed in our own special marinade and lightly stir fried and served with white rice.
