Dear Friends
Attached is the new schedule for yoga classes being held at BCP. Dina is returning to our community this week and with her return she brings to us Iyengar yoga and yoga Fusion. See below descriptions.
Iyengar yoga is meant for all because of the props and support of the teacher through out the practice. Poses are held for longer durations while the alignment is perfected causing your body to align itself and be free of any pain with consistent practice. Holding the poses can be strenuous, but it builds strength and is excellent for increasing flexibility. Once this balance is created in the body, it will be reflected in the mind.
Yoga fusion is a dynamic and challenging, yet accessible way of practicing yoga. Deep core stability, micro-strength, stamina, balance and flow. It can offer the mental and spiritual lift of yoga with the physical benefits of cardiovascular strengthening. The pace is kept lively with flowing movements while incorporating traditional postures that focus on alignment and balance. Yoga fusion also focuses on the breathing work of yoga, which has endless health benefits.
Such an exciting time in Boquete with so much to do and many choices to help us work and move towards greater health.
