Found - Hurt Dog

She is limping on the left front foot and has a big gash on her front right leg.

She is vomiting and has some diarrhea. I took her to the doctor yesterday where she stayed overnight.

She is a very sweet girl. No more than 2 years old.
I have attached a photo.
