The seismological observatory of western Panama, OSOP, is looking for good homes for some new seismographs we call "ShakeBox". The sites should not be too near major roads, and the less cultural noise the better. The sites must have power and wired internet available. The internet bandwidth use is very small, about 3 kbs; which is barely measurable and certainly not noticeable to human users.
The boxes are 3x3x4 inches and need to be anchored to the floor. Installation would take about an hour and we don't need access again until the time of removal. We are looking for sites in all of Chiriquí and Bocas and would like several sites in Boquete, especially around Alto Quiel.
