Nov 13:  Anne Gordon de Barrigón came to work on a film in Panama in January 2004.  She never considered living or even visiting Panama before.  The film project hired the Emberá Indians as the actors and Anne spent 4 months working with them.  She was so touched by their warm, friendly and open hearted way of being.  Then fate intervened and she met an Emberá man and they fell in love and she is still here almost 9 years later.  While adjusting to a new culture, relationship and language she also had to find a new way to support herself here in Panama.  She has since created a successful and very popular tourism business by sharing her love of the Emberá people and the beauty and abundance of nature we have here in Panama.
