Web Version  |  Update preferences  |  Unsubscribe Like Forward Pilates Tailored To Your Needs: Pilates with Gina Wong This technique is available on Saturdays only from 10:00 am to 11:00 am (Mat) and is offered in two modalities: Group Mat Pilates Private Reformer Pilates (after 11:30 am) The Private Reformer Pilates is by appointment only and is a one-to-one class with Gina.  You can schedule a class anytime after the group class finishes at 11:00 am, from 11:30 am onwards. For the Group Mat class we are offering a package of 3 classes for $30.00 to be consumed within a period of 4 weeks.   The fee for the Private Reformer Pilates Lessons is $25.00 and you need to schedule the class at least by Friday and to secure your spot you need to deposit a $10.00 non-refundable fee. Gina is a fantastic teacher and the only certified intructor in David.  She will help you overcome your limitations and help you achieve more strength and suppleness.
