Golden roasted chicken smothered in a reduction of peppers, onions, garlic and fresh garden herbs served with potatoes au gratin, buttered broccoli, zucchini and carrots. As a starter, our mixed garden salad of select organic lettuce, tomatoes and assorted vegetables, sprinkled with walnuts and our house vinaigrette. To complete your experience we offer Cream Caramel. Please reserve in advance or early Saturday morning.  $18.00 Art Cafe Presents: A Memorable Supper and Concert You are invited to share an intimate late afternoon and evening of fine dining, music and dancing at Boquete Art Cafe with award winning guitarist Edgar Vargas and vocalist Nicole Hart in concert. The band has added to their previous concert repertoire for your listening and dancing pleasure. When: Sunday, February 22nd  Time: Supper served 4:30pm - 6:30pm; Concert 7:00pm until ??? Our Prix Fix Menu Starter: Tossed garden blend of three organic lettuces, broccoli, carrots, ripened tomatoes, and chopped walnuts served with our homemade vinaigrette. Your Choice of Entré: Our Famous Magret de Canard Free range duck breast filet seared and served with orange sauce, organic vegetables, apples flambé and pureed potatoes Our Renowned Filet Mignon A full 8oz of tender beef perfectly prepared to your preference, served with a light Burgundy Crimini mushroom sauce, garlic buttered potato puree and delicious zucchini, broccoli and carrots.  Our Popular Eggplant Parmesan accompanied with Vegan Carrot Ginger Soup  A zesty blend of carrots, ginger, leeks, spices and coconut milk; Eggplant Parmesan baked and layered with roasted eggplant, herbed tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan, topped with crispy bread crumbs. Announcing Our Wednesday Brunch Menu Time:  12:00 - 2:00pm French Toast:  our Artisanal French Baguette dipped in an egg batter and grilled to perfection, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served alongside a bowl of fresh fruit.  $6.00 Classic New York Style Bagel served with cream cheese and smoked salmon. $7.00 Chef's House Vegetarian Omelet stuffed with fresh, organic vegetables and served with grilled potatoes.  $8.00 Eggs Benedict: a poached egg and ham served atop a toasted English muffin bathed in our Chef's divine Hollandaise sauce, served w ith steamed vegetables & grilled potatoes.  $9.00 Mimosas and Bloody Mary's available to make your "brunch" experience complete!  This menu is available Wednesdays only from Noon 'til 2PM. Starting February 24th Hamburger Tuesdays: Reportedly the best hamburger in Boquete!
