Thai and Tuina Massage
Thai massage or 'nuat phen boran' means 'traditional massage'. Is a combination of Chinese medicine, including yoga, reflexology, acupressure, and Indian medicine such as Ayurveda. Thai massage is performed for relaxation and involves a lot of stretching.
Tui Na ("press and pluck") techniques are based on traditional Chinese medicinal philosophies and the massage focuses on the stretching, kneading and pushing of the muscles in the body. Tui Na is used to help people with medical problems, especially patients who have musculoskeletal related problems.
(All massages are done fully clothed and no oils are used)
