[News Boquete] How to help yourself undo the discomfort of chronic bad posture

Hello Boquete Expats,

Accumulated stress in your joints and muscles from
chronic bad posture is one of the reasons why many
here in Boquete join my classes at BodyMind Dojo.

Through movement sequences it is possible to
discover where you lock up the energy in tight
spots in different areas of your anatomy.

You can learn to release the spots where you feel
resistance to certain movements by upgrading your
attentional skills.

As you learn to locate the tight spots through
movement sequences your trust in the wisdom of
your body starts to emerge.

This is a natural process that helps to undo the
patterns that interrupt the flow of energy through
your body.  Its a basic skill that hinges on your
capacity to pay attention.  To develop the skill
all you need to do is repeat various movement
sequences that you discover as helpful.

You can learn to develop these attentional skills
in group lessons or private one-to-one lessons.
To evaluate what your needs are you can book a
free assessment session at my studio, BodyMind
Dojo.

The following group lessons are currently
available:

1.  Feldenkrais/Alexander Lessons:  Mondays and
Thursdays at 9:00 am
2.  Swiss Ball Medley Lessons:  Mondays at 11:00
am and Thursdays at 2:00 pm

Feldenkrais/Alexander Lessons are a blend of two
well known psico-physical methods:  The Alexander
Technique and the Feldenkrais Method.

The Swiss Ball Medley is a blend of Feldenkrais
and Alexander Technique principles with Pilates
principles and Tai Chi/Qigong warm-up exercises.

For more information about these methods and my
background you can visit my webpage by clicking

To book a free assessment lesson please go to the
bottom of this webpage and fill out the form
requesting the assessment.

Appreciating your attention,
