This Sunday July 12th, join Angela & Kaytee at 6pm for a Special Evening of Yoga, Meditation & Sound Medicine...
Just as the sun starts to set, we will begin our evening by connecting with the breath, becoming present to the space & cultivating warmth in the body to increase energy & to calm the mind with a flowing vinyasa practice with Kaytee.
This vinyasa will then merge seamlessly into a cooling yin, candlelight practice with Angela, where you will be guided to enter and hold therapeutic postures, in order to reset & realign the body. Our yin yoga practice will end with some gentle Pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) to calm the nervous system.
Throughout our yoga practice, you will continuously & naturally be brought inward to a place of receptivity & self-awareness. From this space of stillness, we will close the active portion of our evening and fully relax into savasana, (resting pose) where you will be guided through a meditation of Yoga Nidra.
As you deepen into the space of meditation, our evening will continue taking you to another level of relaxation & gratitude with magical sounds of healing live music.
Angela will serenade you with the sweet sounds of the Ancient African Harp (Kora) that will facilitate you to go into a beautiful place of renewal & rejuvenation. Angela will also use her angelic voice to sing Mantras & Melodies that will have the purpose and intent of opening/awakening the heart (hrdya).
During this time you will also receive some love and attention from Kaytee through her yogic massage using certified pure therapeutic healing DoTerra essential oils.
At the end of our time together, we will open the space for Satsang, giving you a time to reflect & share anything from your experience allowing each one of us to learn from one other. You are also welcome to simply observe and listen to others.
The evening will be from 6pm- 9pm on Sunday the 12th of July. At YiA Yoga in the Plaza Los Establos
