PLEASE HELP THE POLICE TO HELP US!
The Boquete Police Intelligence needs your help! For your information, they are the equivalent of our FBI and CIA in the U.S. They are here to protect us, but they need tools. They currently don't have an operating vehicle to pursue leads. We, as a community, need to help them resolve this. This group gathers intelligence to help to prevent crimes of robbery, burglary, etc. They are currently unable to respond as their vehicle is in need of tremendous repair. Monies have been donated to tow the truck from David to Boquete and it is finally here now.
At that point, it will be evaluated by Value Motors who have committed to doing the work without charging for any labor! Thank you Value Motors! Then a quotation will be issued for the repairs. As this repair shop has been so willing to help the community, we ought to place them high on our list whenever our vehicles need repairing.
These most recent and accelerating thefts have even been happening in our gated communities!
We will be collecting at the next several Tuesday Markets at the BCP. I and others will be located at the top of the stairs. We need to collect $3500, and that is not even the entire cost, but other community clubs are being contacted for additional donations. We thank you in advance for how little or how much you can contribute to this worthy cause which will in turn benefit us!
