[News Boquete] Yoga classes at The Haven Spa - practice and meditation, enjoy this beautiful place, special prices during July!

I am Melisa and I want to share with you all my knowledge about Yoga so I hope to enjoy in The Haven Spa for an energizing Yoga class… Enjoying of this wonderful place in Boquete with a beautiful garden, wooden floor to make your practice and something important to know it is that you don t need to be a member of The Haven to participate in the classes.

About the classes

Following the flow of our breathing, ignoring the established models to actually find that your body needs in each position, you need to feel good and flowing, our practice will have an intention to keep the entire class overcoming all obstacles, connecting with our body, mind and spirit ... putting all our heart in class, without focusing on repeat and play ... focusing on the feel and look...

We feel like all elements run through our body and fluidity will offer this tour, feeling our fire, earth, air and water....

About schedule

I offer classes in English and Spanish, the classes in Spanish are a good opportunity to improve your language learning   words about your body and movements…

Classes Weekly in English- Mondays 10.15 am,(Hatha Yoga) 11.15 am Meditation Practice / Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 p.m. (Vinyasa Yoga Flow)

Classes in Spanish- Saturdays 4.30 p.m is a special class…we finish making a meditation practice

About Rates

During July the price per class is $6 each person, and if you come with a friend is $10 (paying $5 each one) the price is for the Yoga class, if you want to stay in the Meditation Practice is a plus of $4 each person.
