This little male dog showed up at The Springs yesterday and I have queried all the construction workers and gardeners about him...does not belong to any of them or to any residents here.
He is wearing a brown collar/part of a leash? It is chewed apart near the neck. Also he has a recent but clean gouge on his right front paw creating a slight limp...will not let me get near it but he just moves away doesn't try to nip or growl.
