This coming Thursday, July 2nd I will be starting a FREE, 4 week yoga class for caregivers!

This will be a gentle class aimed at giving the caregiver (especially Hospice) some much needed relief from the tough work they do through stretching and relaxation exercises. This is a one hour class immediately followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is an amazing form of guided, deep healing relaxation which has been utilized to ease stress in many different populations, including those with extreme stress conditions like PTSD. This class is open to everyone, with and without yoga experience!

The class will be offered at a private studio near the base of Jaramillo on the same road as the Feria in Boquete. Please email me for directions and to confirm your attendance, as space is limited to 12 students maximum.

In addition to this free class, I offer regular classes of Hatha/Raja yoga in the tradition of Sri Dharma Mittra, twice weekly. 

Monday morning classes at the new and amazing Yia Yoga in Los Establos. Tuesday afternoon classes for your post-market workout at the private studio on the Feria road.

Monday - 10:30am for 90 minutes 

Dharma and Yoga Nidra combo ($10 for locals)

Tuesday - 2pm for one hour

Dharma Yoga ($5)

3:15pm for 45 minutes

Yoga Nidra ($5)
