Creating Greater Fitness, Balance and Coordination.
Have Fun & Increase Your Well-Being! You only need Discipline to Begin!
Ongoing Ball & Mat Classes- Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m.
Class #2- Chair Exercise Class for the Absolute Beginner, or for those working
with injuries &/or limitations, and minus the ability to feel safe
sitting on a ball or going down to/standing-up from the floor.
Done seated and standing using the chair for support.
