If you enjoyed the 2013 festival and have thoughts about how to make it even better for 2014, please join us to give us your thoughts. Due to varying schedules we will be having two separate meetings to increase the opportunity for your valued attendance at one. Both will be at Amigos in the dining room.

Monday the 13^th, at 7:00pm

Tuesday the 14^th at 1:30pm

 

This is an opportunity for you, the community to have positive input. While the new festival organizers are seasoned pros and enthusiastic volunteers there is always something that can be learned from others.

 

It will also be an opportunity for volunteers to sign up and an invitation for any and all potential sponsors to come forward.

 

The forum will be moderated so we can cover as many topics as possible and we ask that story telling, complaints, and naysaying about the past be left behind. We are after solutions, positive input and ideas to better promote this amazing event to all members of the community and beyond.

 

So, please join us for no more than 2 hours, speak, contribute, volunteer and/or make a donation so that we can further this event that brings so much to the ever expanding culture that is Boquete.

Si les ha gustado el festival de 2013 y tienen ideas de cómo hacerlo aún mejor para el 2014, por favor, únanse a nosotros para darnos sus ideas. Para escucharlas y tomarlas en cuenta hemos organizado dos horarios, de los cuales pueden elegir el que más se acomode a sus necesidades. Ambas reuniones serán en el restaurante Amigos en los siguientes horarios:

Lunes día 13, a las 7:00 pm

Martes 14 a las 13:30

 

Esta es una buena oportunidad para que toda la comunidad se integre de una forma positiva. Todos podemos colaborar y aprovechar la experiencia y el entusiasmo de los nuevos organizadores y voluntarios del festival de jazz. Además, las puertas están abiertas para todos los voluntarios que se quieran registrar, así como para los patrocinadores que quieran formar parte de este gran evento.

Para sacar el máximo provecho del tiempo y cubrir todos los temas propuestos, hemos organizado para estas reuniones un foro moderado que se extenderá por no más de dos horas. Así que les agradecemos que asistamos con una visión fresca y renovada, aportando ideas positivas y déjando a un lado las quejas y malas experiencias del pasado.

Así que esperamos la asistencia de todos aquellos que quieran colaborar positivamente, mediante ideas, trabajo, donaciones, etc. con este evento destinado a ampliar el panorama cultural de Boquete.
