What with the amount of break ins going up in our region, it is better not  to leave your home empty without someone there to make the place look lived  in. As this is a small community it is often very easy for thieves to know  the exact schedule of a family who will be leaving for a day or a few  months and often if the alarm goes off it is ignored just as the car alarms  going off here are too.  I have all to often seen the damage done by a home that was left to a  friend of someone to care for and not only was the house a wreck, but the  friendship also.  My rates are in accordance to the amount of responsibilities that you would  require me to do. If you do not have pets, i can also supply a guard dog  who will assist me in watching over your home and is a great deterrent to  potential thieves whose idea is to get in and get out as soon as possible.   I have just returned to the Boquete district and will soon be opening my  own consulting and service based business with reliable house and pet  sitters, maid service, wait staff for parties and contractors who i  personally know to be both reliable and trustworthy. The rates charged will  also be what is the going rate, not the how much do i think i can get this  person to pay me rate, which i have seen happen all too often and it is a  shame, but there are honest people out there, who are willing to make a  decent profit in exchange for a job well done and most important of all,  even more work thru word of mouth, the cheapest type of advertising there  is.   At present i am also able to provide short term convalescence care for  those who either have no one to help them or whose caregiver cannot be  there all the time.
