[News Boquete] working or volunteering in Boquete

I am going to be 66 years old on the 20th of this month.  I just moved to Boquete  this month and am going to become incredibly bored very soon.   I have worked since I was 12 at various occupations and need to stay busy.
I am sure there is a need for someone with my skills.  I have worked in government doing paperwork and I have worked construction and maintenance jobs.  I am slowing down a little but still have my health.  I am learning Spanish little by little but need some help with that.
I have been a Nuclear power mechanical operator, a bridge inspector, a licensed engineer, a math teacher in high school, a maintenance guy at an apartment complex.  I have a nick name of Mr Fix-it.  I have worked as an engineer on ships for years and years and could still do that but it has become more dangerous to go and I am tired of being away from home.
I am here with my spouse (married 39 years) and she wants me to stay if I can.  I have three degrees and lots of experience.
Can anyone there direct me?   I do not drink or smoke and have always been a good guy.
