Mom and Dad are raising four little boys ages two to nine. The second youngest has juvenile arthritis and sometimes experiences severe joint pain. His parents take him for medication to Central de Salud (The Health Center) in nearby Potrerillos. Dad works as a day laborer for $8 a day, but the work is often sporadic and inconsistent.
