[News Boquete] 2 Guys and a cooler At the BCP!!


Good day to you all,

 

 

 

Another week has passed and another menu is upon us.  I must add that our booth has moved to a different spot at the BCP.  We are now located by Finca Santa Marta (the organic veggies).  So please come by and get your orders between 9 and 12 (noon) on Tuesday 1/28/2014

Entrees:

 

Sheppard’s Pie  $5.00 (small feeds 1 - 2)Gluten Fee:  Better known as cottage pie this ground beef dish is full of veggies, herbs, and topped with a layer of creamy mashed potatoes.  A complete meal.

 

Chicken Cordon Bleu  $8.00  (Dinner for 2):  A Boquete favorite.  Juicy chicken breast rolled with gourmet Swiss and smoked ham.  Breaded and baked.  A wonderful dinner that is topped with a smoked gouda cheese.  Comes with a side of steamed veggies.

 

Crab Etouffee smothered Tilapia over rice  $12.00  (dinner for 2) Gluten Free:  A south Louisiana favorite.  Blackened Tilapia served over a bed of Cajun rice and smothered with a crab etouffee.  Simply delicious.

Rosemary Walnut Chicken $8.00 (Dinner for 2):  A walnut and rosemary crusted chicken breast that has been pan fried then baked.  Serves two and is perfect for a quick dinner.

Beef Stew  $8.00 (feeds 2);  What’s more complete than meat and potatoes.  A wonderful gravy like base that compliments the flavors of the meat and veggies.  Tender and perfect for a cool Boquete night.

 

Eggplant Parm $8.00 (Feeds 2):  This Italian staple is always a top seller.  Hand crafted pasta sauce, parm cheese, and fresh egg plant layered and baked. 

 

Veal Parm $9.00  (Feeds 2):  Our butcher has come into fresh Angus Veal.  Tender and delicious this dish has plenty of mozzarella cheese, parm cheese, marinara sauce and fresh herbs. 

 

Beef Pot Pie $6.00 (Small feeds 1-2);  Get the beef version of a classic comfort food.  Flakey and butter crust topped and ready to be eatyen.

 

Sides:

 

Cajun Potato Salad  $6.00 (Gluten Free):  We will have this dish this week!!!   It will only be made upon request.  Mustard, Mayo, Eggs, Pickles, red onions, celery, and lots more.  Not a spicy side  just delicious.

 

Soups:

 

Cream of Mushroom Soup  $10.00 (32oz  Feeds 2);  I made a quick batch using crimini, button, and Portobello.  For mushroom lovers only!!

 

Split Pea Soup  $8.00 (Serves 2) Gluten Fee:  I have this soup available this week.  Creamy split peas that have been slow cooked in a chicken stock.  Potatoes and carrots as well as fresh oregano have been added to complete this dish.  There is no ham in this version. 

 

 

Bread

 

Banana Walnut Bread $5.00

Donuts $1.00

Éclairs $2.00

White Baguettes $3.00

Bagels $1.00 (Come by the booth to check out the flavors)

Apple Cinnamon Bread  $5.00

 

Chiriqui Fruit Leathers $2.00:  We have many varieties of fruit leathers.  Banana, Papaya, Pineapple, Passion fruit.  Come by and get the most natural fruit snack in Boquete.  No additives!
