[News Boquete] Gold Coffee Scoops with lathe-turned wood handles at BCP Market

I have a limited number of these beautiful coffee scoops as shown in upper left area of the photo, which will be available at the Tuesday Morning Market at the BCP center in Boquete.

These beautiful scoops are carefully crafted, and the handles are finished with pure Brazilliam carnauba wax.  The wood I use includes coffeewood and  nazareno (purpleheart) and  other exotic hardwoods.  They are perfect for gifts and for scooping out your own one-ounce portions of fine local coffee.

Stop by my table on the back terrace, and see a great collection of turned wood pieces, all made from Panamanian exotic woods.   Items include four styles of bottle stoppers, velvet stopper givt bafs, square and round-rimmed bowls and platters, tea light candle stands, lidded round boxes, and honey-dippers.

Please visit www.xulonn.com for more information on my life here in Boquete, my woodturning, and the woods I use.

Later this week, the website will be updated to add more of the woods I use for my turnings, the natural wax finish I use, and how to care for these turnings..
