[News Boquete] BJBF Festival - food volunteers

Hola from sunny New Zealand. I hope you all enjoyed a fabulous Christmas, and New Year celebrations. Preparations and planning for the Boquete Jazz and Blues Festival are going well, but we do need some more volunteers to offer to make a dish for the buffet table either for Saturday or Sunday. In previous years you have all offered a splendid array of dishes, which has made our Green Room stand out best from all others. Will you help again this year please? We generally have a few vegetarians so vegetable or potato au gratin dishes are always welcome, pastas which can be eaten cold or heated for lunch are fabulous, chilli con carne, and chicken casseroles for the non vegetarians, fried rice dishes which can be heated prior to serving, noodle dishes, etc would be most welcome to our volunteers in the Green Room… and of course some of you also made wonderful cupcakes, and flans, banana bread and brownies that went down an absolute treat !!!!! Please email me here if you would be willing to offer your help again - it doesn't have to be a huge dish, just one of your treats for the table, we miss you - and Boquete, - looking forward to being back amongst the amazing community that you are.
 thank you
Kiwi Vicki
