Bo is the dog that was attacked by a cruel person who cut his ears off. Wendy Burton took him to Happy Pets and they did a good job fixing him up. Now the person who was taking care of him can no longer do it, because she has no fence. Bo is a very friendly dog and stiil needs to heal from his wounds.
Call Wendy if you know of someone who could foster him. He is living in Wendy's car at the moment, because she has no room in her house. She already has 11 rescued dogs.
