It's carnival time and the Boquete Jazz&Blues Festival is going to turn this town into a little New Orleans again on Thursday, Feb. 13 from 12pm – 1:30pm, followed by a Mardi Gras party in the beautiful garden of the Panamonte hotel. Kings, queens, jesters, clowns, fire eaters, jugglers, pirates, queers and straights, thieves and billionaires, whatever you are or fancy be….get your costumes ready, come on and join the fun!
