This is a framed print entitled "The Cocker Society," by Reuben Ward Binks (1880-1950), a noted British artist in canine portraiture. Mr. Ward Binks was recognized as the leading artist of his day in  canine portraiture, not only in the UK but also abroad. He painted dogs for three generations of the British royal family.
