REGISTRATION - RULES

To ensure professionalism during development of the Festival have established the following regulations:

1. All work will be exhibited must be of good quality, maintaining high professionalism and preferably framed and neat, properly labeled and most importantly must be original works. the use of prefabricated materials will not be allowed. No exceptions We are promoting original art.

2. The only day setting up will be on Thursday, April 3, 1:00 pm 5:00 p.m. Once the doors are open to the public no further set-ups are allowed, no exceptions. Taking down your art will take place on Monday 7th

3. We ask that you dress and act appropriately and be aware of your conduct when dealing with possible buyers. We thank you to use moderate language and behave politely. No aggressive behavior under any circumstances will be tolerated. For the Opening and closing cocktails both of which will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday April 4, 2014 opening, and Sunday April 6th, 2014 7pm. Both will be formal attire.

4. It is imperative to respect Hotel property and the works of fellow artists.

5. No drinking of alcohol will be allowed EXCEPT in designated areas, such as the bar/ restaurant and where posted. Anybody who is under the excessive influence of alcohol or controlled substances will be asked to leave the Festival.
6. It is not allowed to bring food or drink to the Hotel. The hotel has cafes and restaurants to suit your needs.

7. Remember to maintain a professional standard when it comes to your business cards and signs. Do not post anything improvised and/or "tacky".

8. The cost of registration for the exhibition spaces will be $ 25.00 and must be paid between November 1, 2013 and January 31, 2014. The entries made between February 1 and March 31 will be subject to availability and will cost $ 50.00. Submitted on April 3, 2014 to register the cost of it will be $ 100.00 and will also be subject to availability. Payments should be made by deposit in the cooperative institution CACSA, account # 4040030837. Please confirm your participation to phones 6409-2509 (movistar) "or" 6845-6455 (more mobile) and send via email to ldebrd@hotmail.com "or" fanny240510@hotmail.com copy of deposit slip and the registration form duly signed, no cash payments will be accepted and no one is authorized by the organization of the Committee or the Festival of Fine Arts in Highlands authorized to receive cash. There will be no commission charged for sales made. Each artist is responsible for the costs of setting up their spaces and decorating them. We thank them not obstruct visitors with decorations and must exhibit their work so that accidents are avoided. 2 panels 6ft high and 4ft x 4ft square area on each panel is provided for your use during the festival. do not use nails on them. There are a limited number of easels and tables available so first come first served will be how it is offered. Though you as an artist knows how and what you require for your own art. We will not provide table clothes etc. We will have tacks string and that kind of set up materials necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTE
If any of the artists need to leave before early, say Sunday morning, we ask that you do so as discreetly as possible so as not to interrupt the goings on along with the other artists remaining.
