Beginning Monday, September 28th and through October, Intermediate level Pilates on the Ball Classes will be held Monday- Thursday mornings weekly. If you've been thinking about coming and believe you are ready, now would be a GREAT TIME to START, as classes will be small as many of the regular students are out of town on vacation.
So JUST DO IT! There's no time like the present to begin doing something positive for yourself regarding your health and the shape that you're in.
Plus, as many Pilates on the Ball students agree,"It's more fun than a barrel of monkeys!"
Pilates on the Ball Intermediate Level Classes: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30- 9:45 a.m., and Wednesdays 9:30- 10:45a.m.
Unlimited Class Special- $72 for 5 weeks of classes with the option of 4x weekly, or $8 for one class for residents, $9 per class for tourists and guests, or 4 classes ppd. for $30.
All classes held in the incomparably beautiful group exercise studio at the Haven. All equipment provided. Have your own yoga mat? Bring it to be guaranteed two mats for when we go down to the floor. *Note- One need not be a member of the Haven to attend classes or partake of Spa/health services.
