My name is Lorena Pitti and many of you became my friends during the ten years I was at Habla Ya.  At that time I was often asked for help that regrettably I could not give due to my time and availability constraints. Now I can help you!  

I am embarking on a new venture – I can now offer multiple levels of personalized bilingual service based on client needs.  My aim is to provide translation and assistance in oral and written communications which are clear, unbiased and confidential 

Miscommunication may lead to bad situations. Even though many expats speak some Spanish, there are some situations that may require additional help from a native speaker.  I can accompany you and help you communicate clearly when dealing with either local authorities, government agencies, medical/professional services - or your household help and the local repairman!  My services will be completely confidential and tailored to your requirements.  I can save you time and aggravation, and give you the confidence that you have understood and dealt with a problem correctly.
