Dear Dinner Dance Patrons,
You will ENTER/LEAVE the Dinner Dance at the BCP Lobby.
The Festivities on Saturday Sept. 19th, begin at 5:00 at the BCP Lobby Doors.
Parking is only to be in the BCP Parking Lot. The El Oasis lot will not be available.
Due to a big event at the Feria ….it is necessary that you show our BCP Parking Attendants your Tickets to the Dinner when entering the lot.
We do not want Feria goers to be in the lot.
We will be locking the gate while the Dinner Dance is going on.
The attendants will be staying in the BCP Lobby in order to let you out of the lot at the end of your evening.
At 5:00 pm after parking in the lot, please come into the lobby for a bit of bubbly, refreshments, and view the Creative Art Show … look for your "Name in Lights" Volunteer Scroll.
Then proceed through the lower back gate under the arch into the lovely gardens of the El Oasis.
BCP Volunteers will take care of you all the way .
Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the " Celebration of BCP's 10th Anniversary".

Hint guys….This is …"Dress Up Time".
A fun occasion for the Ladies to don something really "Pretty" and... the Men get to avoid the dreaded …Ties.
Panamanian Men have a great solution .. the Guayabera". If you do not have one.. please, at least do not show up in shorts, levis and flip-flops.
Oh.. and …Remember your paraguas… just in case.
