Milly is the BEST!!!! I moved to Boquete 6 weeks ago and needed to find a hairdresser that could do highlights on my hair for my wedding....I looked at all the blogs and saw that she gave great haircuts but I didn't see that she did highlights....so I decided to call her to ask and was surprised at how well she spoke English...
