[Noticias] Thai Cooking Classes

Thai Cooking Class Available   In the three years we have been back in Boquete, many of our friends and customers have asked about having Pon do a cooking class.   Class sizes will be limited to 8 participants at a cost of $40 per person, and whoever volunteers their kitchen will receive a free tuition.    All materials and ingredients are included, and participants will learn how to make Thai Spring Rolls, Panang Gai, and Pad Thai (her three most popular dishes).  Whatever you don't consume in the class may be taken home as evidence of your proficiency in Thai cooking.  We will provide you with the written recipes as well.   If hostesses have a favorite dish from her menu that you would like to substitute for one of the above, please advise and we will try to accommodate.   Pon will also let you know where you can purchase ingredients locally or order from Panama City.   Please email Lobo4819@yahoo.com if you would be interested in hosting or attending one of her classes.  Please indicate if you wish to host(ess), and indicate how many (if any) people you already have interested in attending.  After we develop a schedule, we will try to fill in any classes that don't have 8 persons enrolled.   Bob & Pon
