I am offering a one-time 30 minutes free consultation for you to experience my approach to emotional healing. My philosophy of healing is as follows:
I strongly believe that emotional healing is possible. However, it requires a willingness on the part of each individual to be willing to learn to let go of their
emotional pain and learn the skills for self-care. Healing is a choice.
It is easier and less time-consuming to do our emotional healing work so we can come to a place of inner joy and peace than to continue to struggle and remain
in a state of anger, grief, fear, despair, blaming, complaining, and justifying our unhappiness. We were created to love and be loved; to experience joy and
inner peace and harmony in our relationships. To choose to stay in an emotionally unhappy place does not serve you or any of your relationships.
It takes more time to remain wounded, fearful, angry, sad and unhappy than to do our healing work. We can learn to release our emotional pain by addressing the
source of that pain. Because I have been doing my own healing work, I know the difference and want to encourage you not to be scared of the healing process.
To be healing is a freeing experience, like the transformation of the caterpillar to the butterfly.
