In response to kind comments from people who occasionally attend my classes, and delighted ask for more, I am pleased to let you know that I will be giving Ashtanga Yoga Classes at BCP on Thursday, August 25 at 6 pm. Everyone is Welcome!!!

 

En respuesta a los comentarios de la gente que asiste a mis clases de yoga preguntando con entusiasmo por más. Estoy contenta de contarles que estaré dando clases de Ashtanga Yoga en el BCP mañana Jueves 25 de Agosto a las 6 pm. Estan todos bienvenidos!  

 

 

Ashtanga Yoga

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures, a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Es un método de yoga que integra la sincronizacíón de la respiración a una progresiva serie de posturas, produciendo un proceso interno y profundo de transpiración que purifica las toxinas de los musculos y órganos. El resultado es mejorar la circulación, elongar y tonificar el cuerpo calmando la mente.

I will give the class both in English and Spanish, although I am still learning English and I have a lack in conversation, so your patience is greatly appreciated!
