My name is Jackie Kuo, and I have lived in Valle Escondido since early 2005. My partner, Brad Abajian, and I live in #85 (the red house).
I can solve both your hardware, and software problems as well as do network setups, TV setups, Internet phone setups, stereo setups, etc. I can teach you how to use your computer, and if you wish to learn how to download both movies and American TV programs for free, I can teach you this as well.
I charge $20/hour for out calls, and $10/hour for those of you who are able to drop off your computers to my home.
I have many references which I would be happy to provide you upon request.
