I'm sad to post that Debbie Rosenberger passed away in Panama City on August 7 of complications following a stroke in October of last year. I realize this news is a little old but didn't feel it was my place to post this until I received permission from her husband Claude. Debbie was a six year resident of Panama, living in Boquete and at their beach home in Vista Mar near San Carlos. Because she and Claude had been spending most of their time at Vista Mar not very many people in Boquete knew what had happened. Her hearty laugh, fun loving ways, and good heart will be missed. She is back with the sea that she loved.
