Wednesday, September 14 - 5:00pm - "3 FISH - 3 WAYS", presented by Professional, Boquete Gourmet Host Chef Juan Linares. If you'd like to learn how to prepare local fish, like smoked trout, corvina cerviche, and baked, salt-encrusted fresh "catch of the day". You won't want to miss this very special class that includes 5 tantalizing side dishes.  This event will be held in the Kent kitchen, El Santuario, Boquete.  $25 fee includes hands-on class, recipe booklet, fish chart, Juan's signature cocktail, and full-course dinner with wine.  Limited seats available now at www.boquetegourmet.com.

Thursday, September 22 - 5:00pm - "Exotic Flavors of India", presented by Executive Chef, Lauretta Bonfiglio. Learn to make traditional dishes of India using your own blend of freshly toasted and ground curry powder.  You'll also make chutney with Lauretta, rice pilaf, Indian salads and dessert.

Thursday, November 17 - 10:00am - "Traditional French Baguettes and French Onion Soup", presented by artisan baker, Mort Rabkin.   This is a class to practice basic bread-making skills, from measuring and kneading to baking in Mort's clay oven.  Learn to vary your ingredients, to create "wet-style" baguettes using one classic recipe.  You'll create "authentic" French Onion Soup with Julia's croutons.  
The $25 fee includes hands-on class, recipe booklet, full lunch with wine, a French baguette to take home, and more.  This event will be held at Mort's home in Boquete, near the town center.
