Found dog Santa Lucia

Found dog at the tennis courts in Santa Lucia.

Looks like it has been recently groomed. Is not street smart: running across the street in front of cars, and not careful about meeting other dogs.  It seems to be an inside dog.  It is large and shaggy.  If you think it is your dog, please provide a complete description.
