A changing of the guard has taken place.
 
 As sure as the sun rises in the east, new volunteers will step up to the plate at BCP Theater & Events Center ( www.bcpboquete.com <http://www.bcpboquete.com>  ) . And, as the 'newbies' step up, there are those who are stepping down to make way.
 
 Normally this changing of the guard largely goes unannounced. However, there are times when the volunteer stepping down needs to be noticed and to be thanked. This is one of those times.
